Shilla Duty Free Partners with Mobile, Travel, and Fintech Companies to Attract Domestic Customers
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Shilla Duty Free announced on the 31st that it will expand various partnership marketing efforts by collaborating with mobile, travel, and fintech industries.
To enhance shopping benefits for domestic customers, Shilla Duty Free is conducting various events in collaboration with Samsung Electronics, fintech company MOIN, and Naver’s travel service ‘N Travel Club.’
Shilla Duty Free is holding a prize event with Samsung Electronics until October 31, offering customers who own the new Galaxy non-fungible token (NFT) a chance to win up to a ‘Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra 512G.’
Customers who own the Galaxy NFT can visit the information desks at Shilla Duty Free Seoul, Shilla Duty Free Jeju, or Incheon stores to verify their NFT and receive 22,000 Shilla Duty Free S Rewards points. They will also be automatically entered into the prize draw. Prizes include one ‘Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra 512G WiFi,’ two ‘Galaxy Tab S8+ 256G WiFi,’ three ‘Galaxy Watch4 40mm Bluetooth,’ and ten ‘Galaxy Buds2.’
Meanwhile, Shilla Duty Free is also running an event in partnership with Naver’s travel membership N Travel Club, offering Naver Pay points and S Rewards.
Existing N Travel Club members who newly sign up for Shilla Internet Duty Free or reactivate dormant accounts will immediately receive 1,000 Naver Pay points. Shilla Internet Duty Free offers membership benefits with up to 20% discounts, up to 3 million KRW in rewards, and up to 135,000 S Rewards points usable at the online duty-free store. Shilla Duty Free Seoul offers a Black Pass 1-day ticket and up to 103,000 S Rewards points usable exclusively at offline stores.

Shilla Internet Duty Free members who sign up for MOIN will receive a waiver on their first overseas remittance fee, a 2,000 KRW discount coupon on overseas remittance fees, and the first 100 sign-ups will receive 5,000 Naver Pay points. MOIN members are granted the highest Prestige tier at Shilla Internet Duty Free, along with 3 million KRW in rewards and 135,000 S Rewards points for the online store.
