View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Industry-Academic Cooperation Leading University Development Project Groups of Gyeongsang National University and Changwon National University held the ‘Gyeongsang National University-Changwon National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Key Professors Exchange Meeting for Sharing and Collaboration’ on the 29th at the Industry-Academic Cooperation Building conference room of Gyeongsang National University.
The Industry-Academic Cooperation Key Professors Exchange Meeting was hosted by the Gyeongsang National University LINC 3.0 Project Group. Attendees included Kim Jong-wook, Deputy Director of External Cooperation of Changwon National University LINC 3.0 Project Group, Moon Mi-kyung, Lee Sang-pil, Shin Yong-chan, key professors for industry-academic cooperation from Changwon National University, and Choi Kyu-hyun, Park Jong-seon, Kim Jong-hyuk, Kim Tae-wan, Park Dong-gyu, Heo Pil-hwan, Han Man-seon, key professors for industry-academic cooperation from Gyeongsang National University LINC 3.0 Project Group, totaling 11 participants.
The exchange meeting focused on ▲ sharing best practices in workforce development, technology commercialization, sharing and collaboration ▲ introduction of the Industry Collaboration Center (ICC) and discovering and exchanging ICCs capable of sharing and collaboration ▲ introduction of sharing and collaboration networks and establishing a foundation for regular consultation meetings (Network). Each university presented the current status of their ICCs and strategies by field, and discussed building a university-region-related institutions network for industry-academic sharing and collaboration.
Deputy Director Kim of Changwon National University LINC 3.0 said, “We look forward to continuously communicating and cooperating to build and activate the industry-academic sharing and collaboration network.”
Professor Choi of Gyeongsang National University LINC 3.0 stated, “It is necessary to connect with various external organizations to build and activate the industry-academic sharing and collaboration network,” adding, “We will strive to create a sustainable industry-academic sharing and collaboration ecosystem, which is the main direction of the project.”
