Cafe24 Supports Nongshim's Official Online Store Construction... "Implementing Various Features Using API"
On-Demand Publishing System and Personalized Product Recommendations
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] The global e-commerce platform 'Cafe24' announced on the 30th that it supported the establishment of 'Nongshim Mall,' an official online direct-to-consumer (D2C) store where Nongshim's representative products can be found all in one place online.
Nongshim Mall sells ramen, snacks, convenience foods, beverages, candies, soups, curries, and more. Numerous limited edition plans and discount product packages are also available.
To provide visitors with a diverse shopping experience, Nongshim Mall connected various services through APIs (Application Programming Interface) provided by Cafe24. Notably, by using the print-on-demand (POD) service 'Nongkku,' customers can order and receive uniquely customized products by merging fun photos such as the customer's face onto the packaging of Nongshim's Neoguri ramen and Dakdari snacks.
Big data-based personalization has also been applied to Nongshim Mall. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology automatically recommends products with a high likelihood of purchase based on visitors' preferences, enhancing shopping convenience. Moving forward, Cafe24 plans to continuously support Nongshim in launching various shopping content such as events like roulette and draws, as well as live commerce.
