Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education, Training to Strengthen Expertise of Wee Center

View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 29th that it will conduct a professional development training for 144 Wee Center specialized counselors, professional counselors, clinical psychologists, and social workers.
This training was prepared to analyze psychological tests such as MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory), HTP (House-Tree-Person test), SCT (Sentence Completion Test), and Rorschach test, in order to establish personalized counseling strategies for individual students and enhance counseling effectiveness.
The Wee Center operates various programs including in-person counseling for student psychological and emotional support, counseling for academic dropout reflection system, special education programs, and support for students in crisis.
A specialized counselor at the Wee Center who attended the training said, “This training seems to be very helpful in establishing student counseling plans and providing personalized counseling for each individual,” adding, “Since counseling deals with different issues depending on the individual and topic, in-depth training on various topics is necessary.”
