NH Nonghyup Bank Operates NH Win-Win Support Program to Assist Vulnerable Borrowers
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 26th that it will operate the NH Win-Win Support Program to help vulnerable borrowers overcome economic crises.
This program provides tailored support for customer groups such as farmers, low-income people, youth, and small business owners. It is designed to offer practical assistance to vulnerable borrowers facing increasing economic difficulties.
For farmers, preferential interest rates have been expanded (up to 0.30%) to reduce financial burdens. Youth and small business owners are offered a long-term installment conversion program with a maturity of up to 10 years, along with a stamp tax exemption benefit when using the long-term installment conversion program.
Additionally, various detailed support programs have been prepared to alleviate housing burdens for low-income and actual demanders, including expanded preferential interest rates for youth monthly rent (up to 0.30%), implementation of an interest rate cap premium reduction program (for 1 year, up to 0.20%), and exemption of tenant deposit return guarantee fees (up to 2 years).
