Candidate Han has served as the President of the Korea Insurance Research Institute, Director of the Seoul National University Financial Law Center, Dean of Seoul National University School of Law, and Chairman of the Ministry of Justice Inspection Committee. In particular, in the field of research on insurance terms and conditions, he represented the 'position of the weaker party' and was nominated due to his outstanding sense of balance and active contribution to society. Candidate Lee has served as Head of Investigation Support Division and Investigation Command Division at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, Chief of the Special 1st Division at Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, Director of Planning and Coordination at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and Chief Prosecutor of Jeju District Prosecutors' Office.
