The Changwon City Certified Real Estate Agent Advisory Committee was established to provide consultation aimed at preventing real estate transaction accidents involving certified real estate agents and eradicating illegal brokerage activities. The advisory committee consists of 13 real estate experts, including university professors, lawyers, and certified real estate agents.
Following the removal of Uichang-gu, Changwon City, from the speculative overheating district on July 5th, the city sought advice from the committee on topics such as preventing real estate transaction accidents in newly planned apartment complexes. The city plans to review the committee's feedback and reflect it in administrative measures.
