Binggrae Raises Ice Cream Prices... Bungeoppang Samanco and Bbangttoa Now 1,200 Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Binggrae announced on the 1st that it has raised the retail prices of some ice cream products by 20%.
Accordingly, the prices of representative products Bungeo Samanco and Pangtoah increased from 1,000 won to 1,200 won each. A Binggrae official said, "We raised product prices due to increases in raw material costs, logistics expenses, and labor costs."

Haitai Ice Cream, a subsidiary of Binggrae, also raised the retail prices of six types of Monaka Sand from 1,000 won to 1,200 won on the same day. Binggrae had previously raised the retail prices of some products such as Together and Melona in March.
