On the same day at 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM local time, Mayor Oh will hold meetings at the minister's office with Ong Ye Kung, Minister of Health, and Tay Choon Hong, CEO of the Health Promotion Board under the Ministry of Health, to discuss public smart healthcare policy measures.
The public smart healthcare policy "Sonmok Doctor 9988," launched by Seoul City in November last year and currently used by 50,000 people, is based on Singapore's "LumiHealth." LumiHealth is a healthcare program utilizing the Apple Watch, initiated in 2020 through collaboration between Apple and Singapore's Health Promotion Board. It awards points based on health activities such as walking, which can be redeemed for health foods and exercise equipment.
