WiseAI registers trademark for AI personal assistant app 'AI-ME'
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Wise AI, a company specializing in AI medical integrated support solutions, announced on the 29th that it has completed the trademark registration for the AI personal assistant application ‘AI-ME (Amy)’ to expand its B2C business area. Wise AI is expanding its service provision beyond the B2B sector to individual users.
Wise AI’s Amy is an AI personal assistant application that anyone can easily use. It supports various personal convenience functions such as schedule management, general consultation, and outbound calls based on its self-developed ‘Artificial Intelligence Call (AI Call)’ technology.
Wise AI will expand its B2C business area starting with the trademark registration of Amy. It plans to recruit beta testers soon and, alongside various marketing activities, aims to provide AI personal assistant platform services not only in the domestic market but also overseas.
Wise AI will newly add advanced features such as the patented ‘Video Content Call Service’ for outbound call functions that manage customers through automatic reservation processing, and the ‘Reservation Deposit Payment Service’ integrated with the payment solution of its affiliate Wise Care. Amy aims to provide differentiated services ranging from typical personal assistant services to unmanned marketing tasks.
A Wise AI representative said, "In addition to the existing B2B sector, we will focus on expanding Amy’s service offerings to the B2C areas including finance, insurance, and distribution to meet diverse customer demands." He added, "Based on strong consumer convenience, Amy is expected to greatly assist small business owners and sole proprietors in managing their operations."

Wise AI will segment Amy into two services: the professional version ‘AI-ME PRO (Amy Pro)’ and the general version ‘Amy’. Amy Pro provides verified professional content in specific fields targeting experts such as doctors, lawyers, and tax accountants. The general Amy will offer a variety of content by field, country, and free or paid categories from the content library to general users.
