The child’s parents discovered wounds on their child’s body, reviewed the daycare center’s closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, found evidence of the crime, and reported it to the authorities.
A police official stated, "There is a problem with the CCTV operation, so we are conducting forensic analysis," and added, "We need to review the CCTV footage to determine the specific details of the abuse."
