Hanwha Hotels & Resorts Signs MOU with Uiseong-gun to Expand Domestic Agricultural Product Distribution Channels

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Hanwha Hotels & Resorts announced on the 18th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Uiseong County on the 13th to promote the excellence of domestic agricultural products and expand sales channels.
Through this agreement with Uiseong County, Hanwha Hotels & Resorts plans to continuously support garlic farmers with labor assistance and collaborate in discovering outstanding local products and developing sales channels by utilizing its existing platforms.
Local Live, a regional win-win platform operated by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, held a special exhibition in May to help struggling onion farmers, selling 7.2 tons of onions from Muan. This time, until the 31st of this month, a Uiseong garlic special exhibition is being held, offering a set of two minced garlic packs and one peeled garlic pack for 13,900 KRW. New members can purchase the garlic set for 8,900 KRW using a 5,000 KRW discount coupon provided upon sign-up. Additionally, specialty products such as Uiseong plums and peaches will be introduced to promote product consumption.
