Non-competitive subscription is a system where a pre-announced amount is issued at a fixed interest rate to reduce the volatility of monthly issuance volumes. According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the government bond issuance performance for June and July totaled 24.2 trillion won, with 14.6 trillion won in June and 9.6 trillion won in July.
