Italian-born Executive Chef Marco Torre recently served as the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Kyoto in Japan. He began his culinary career as a chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant 'Paolo & Barbara' in the Sanremo region of Italy. He then honed his skills at Italian Michelin two-star restaurants such as 'Antica Osteria del Ponte' and 'Arnolfo.' He also served as the Head Chef of Grissini restaurant at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, overseeing large-scale events and VIP banquets. Additionally, he showcased high-level cuisine at the Park Hyatt Saigon, recognized as a world-class luxury hotel.
