A Man in His 50s Wielding a Club Against Neighbor Over 'Parking Conflict' Arrested in the Act

When B made remarks belittling A’s occupation, A took a blunt weapon from his home and committed the crime, according to the investigation.
B was taken to the hospital for treatment and is reported to be in stable condition without life-threatening injuries.
