According to the AP News, three people were found dead from gunshot wounds at Columbia Machine in Smithsburg, Washington County, Maryland. The suspect fled by car shortly after. A police officer pursuing the suspect was also injured.
Smithsburg is a small town with a population of 3,000, located 120 km northwest of Baltimore City.
