Naintech Completes Third Factory Construction... "Full-Scale Development of All-Solid-State Process Equipment and Thermoelectric Device Business"
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Naintech, a specialized company in secondary battery and display manufacturing equipment, announced on the 31st that it has completed the construction of its Suwon Plant 3, following Pyeongtaek Plant 1 and Hwaseong Plant 2.
The total investment for Suwon Plant 3 amounts to 4.4 billion KRW, with a total floor area of 4,182.45㎡ and a building area of 1,544.65㎡. The facility consists of two buildings, Building A and Building B, each with three above-ground floors. Suwon Plant 3 was completed to prepare for the increase in demand in new businesses and the secondary battery sector.
A Naintech representative stated regarding the completion of Suwon Plant 3, "Through the completion of Suwon Plant 3, we have established production lines including research facilities related to thermoelectric devices, which are newly being promoted," adding, "We plan to actively pursue new business ventures."
They continued, "At the same time, we will ensure there are no disruptions in supply to meet the expected increase in demand in the secondary battery sector," and added, "Naintech continues to show strong growth in profitability in the first quarter of this year."

Naintech recorded an operating profit of 900 million KRW on an individual basis in the first quarter of this year, a 47.7% increase compared to the same period last year. The company is expanding its market by securing its first semiconductor equipment order contract this year and acquiring Talos, a specialized company in the defense industry battery sector.
