City Gas Also via KakaoTalk... Daesung Energy Launches 'Daesung Smart Talk' Service
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Daesung Energy is launching a KakaoTalk service for city gas operations.
Daesung Energy will officially open the 'Daesung Smart Talk' service on June 1st, allowing convenient 24-hour access to various information and services related to city gas.
Daesung Smart Talk expands the KakaoTalk functions previously used for electronic bill receipt and self-meter reading to cover all city gas operations frequently used by customers, such as move-in/move-out applications, bill inquiry and payment, simple bill calculation, autonomous safety inspections, and accident reporting. Consumers can now check and handle these in real time.
Additionally, a family sharing feature is provided, enabling users to manage all customer services, including city gas bill inquiry and payment and move-in/move-out applications, on behalf of parents or family members who do not live together.
