Damyang-gun Signs Investment Agreement for 'Andersen Fairy Tale Village Development Project'
Creation of a Complex Tourism and Leisure Complex Embracing a Thousand Years of Damyang's Ecology and Culture
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Damyang-gun is creating the complex tourism and leisure complex ‘Andersen Fairy Tale Village’ to attract tourists through the revitalization of cultural tourism.
On the 25th, the county recently signed an investment agreement with Art Village Co., Ltd. (CEO Shim Sangcheol) and discussed detailed matters for project promotion.
Through the agreement, Damyang-gun will provide administrative support and cooperation to ensure smooth project implementation, while the investor Art Village Co., Ltd. will be responsible for project planning, design, and execution.
Andersen Fairy Tale Village plans to invest a total of 39 billion KRW in the Geumseong-ri area of Geumseong-myeon, creating a complex tourism and leisure complex on a 33,000㎡ site, including an Andersen fairy tale theme park, exhibition facilities, accommodation, and parking lots.
