According to AP News and Fox News, several people were shot at a church in Laguna Woods, Orange County, and were transported to nearby hospitals. Police have arrested a suspect and confiscated one weapon related to the shooting at the scene.
As of now, the shooting has resulted in one death and four injuries. All victims are adults.
Laguna Woods, located about 80 km southeast of Los Angeles, has a population of 18,000, with over 80% of residents aged 65 or older.
