This training was organized to enhance public officials' promotional capabilities through the production of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.), which has recently gained popularity.
Short-form content is characterized by vertical screen ratios optimized for smartphone screens and consists of short videos under one minute.
With the MZ generation, who are familiar with mobile devices, as the main consumers, short-form content has a low entry barrier for production, attracting strong interest not only from individuals but also from companies and local governments.
The county encourages participation in the video contest for YouTube Shorts titled 'Promote Seongju Briefly and Strongly,' held from April to June, through this training.
