Medicox announced the day before that it decided on a 10-to-1 free capital reduction to optimize the capital size and improve the financial structure. Due to this capital reduction decision, the number of issued shares will decrease from 96,286,151 shares to 9,628,615 shares. Additionally, the capital will decrease from 48,143,075,500 won to 4,814,307,500 won.
