Woori Financial Group Declares Support for 'B4L Initiative' to Protect Forests

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Woori Financial Group announced on the 11th that it has officially declared support for the ‘B4L (Business for Land) Initiative’ to promote sustainable forest protection and land degradation improvement.
The B4L Initiative was officially launched when the Korea Forest Service proposed it to the Secretariat of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). Its purpose is to establish a partnership involving companies to prevent land degradation. The launch of the B4L Initiative took place at the UNCCD forum held in C?te d'Ivoire.
