The target products include convenient cold noodles and noodles, with quality inspections and management conducted on noodles, broth, and sauces. Quality management items include ▲verification of raw material origin and freshness ▲inspection of hygiene management at manufacturing sites, as well as safety tests conducted by the Food Safety Research Institute for ▲eight types of food poisoning bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Staphylococcus aureus, etc.).
NS Home Shopping will conduct on-site inspections to carry out food safety and quality checks throughout the production process, from raw material procurement by partners to production processes and packaging conditions, focusing on about 15 manufacturers starting with the buckwheat cold noodle manufacturer Nongmin Food production factory.
