Hana Bank Signs Agreement with BuildBlock to Provide Comprehensive US Real Estate Investment Services
From US Real Estate Listings Recommendation to Operation and Management
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hana Bank announced on the 4th that it signed a business agreement with BuildBlock at the Club1 Hannam PB Center located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to provide total solution services related to U.S. real estate investment.
This agreement was established to offer better asset management services to customers who have a high interest in U.S. real estate investment, a dollar-based asset, amid the recent surge in overseas real estate investment by investors due to interest rate hikes and rising domestic real estate prices.
BuildBlock, which signed the agreement with Hana Bank, is a platform company that provides services enabling Koreans to invest easily and safely in U.S. real estate. It has its headquarters in Silicon Valley, U.S., and branches in major investment areas such as LA, New York, and Texas, recommending properties and directly operating and managing the real estate invested by customers.
Through this business agreement, Hana Bank plans to provide total solution services related to U.S. real estate investment, including ▲ U.S. real estate investment consulting ▲ domestic real estate purchase consulting for foreign investors ▲ support for overseas direct investment and overseas real estate investment reporting ▲ foreign exchange transactions and loan consultations.
Following the signing ceremony, Hana Bank will hold U.S. real estate investment seminars starting at the Club1 Hannam PB Center and then touring PB centers by region. Applications and inquiries regarding the U.S. real estate investment seminars can be made through the nearest Hana Bank PB Center.
