Korea Startup Center (KSC) Recruiting Resident Companies in France
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) is providing domestic innovative startups with opportunities to grow alongside global startups at 'Station F' in Paris, France.
On the 1st, SBC announced that it is recruiting resident companies for the Korea Startup Center (hereinafter KSC) in Paris, France. Recruitment will take place from the 2nd to the 13th, targeting startups less than 7 years old that have secured investment or have export records within the last 3 years to France or neighboring countries. Companies operating in e-commerce and cultural content sectors will be given preference, and about 10 companies will be selected.
SBC will provide designated office space within Station F to the selected companies for residency at the Paris KSC. The office space can be used until the end of the year. Additionally, for about six months, SBC will support globalization by offering ▲company diagnosis through matching with local experts ▲theme events such as IR targeting investors and prominent local entrepreneurs ▲investment attraction strategy development and local corporation establishment ▲acquisition of overseas certifications and patents.
SBC is also collaborating with 'HEC Paris,' a leading local startup support institution, to provide office space and customized programs. HEC Paris, with a 200-year history and ranked as the top business school in Europe, operates various programs in cooperation with Station F.
Currently, SBC operates KSCs in seven countries including the United States, India, Singapore, Sweden, Finland, Israel, and France in collaboration with the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development. Among these, physical bases are operated in major overseas startup clusters in the United States, Singapore, and Sweden, allowing the use of independent office spaces and shared offices.

SBC is also recruiting program-type participating companies in cooperation with the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development.
