"Mobile-Based Video Content Curation" Musinsa to Launch 'ShotTV' in April
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Musinsa announced on the 31st that it will officially launch 'Short TV,' a new content curation service optimized for mobile, in April.
Short TV is content that curates Musinsa Store's partner brands and key products through short videos lasting 10 to 30 seconds and presents them to customers. Musinsa explained that it focused on the changing ways customers consume content on mobile and planned Short TV, a short-form video service, accordingly.
In addition to introducing partner brands and products to customers, Short TV is expected to cover content such as seasonal trend introductions and fashion item styling suggestions. Customers can immediately view and purchase the products introduced in the videos on Musinsa Store, which is anticipated to help expand sales channels for partner brands.
Short TV features appearances by the 'Musinsa Crew,' who are directly recruited and managed by Musinsa. The Musinsa Crew, fashion-specialized creators discovered by Musinsa, will also participate in the production and planning process of Short TV in the future.
Going forward, Musinsa plans to connect models, creators, and others to support an environment where fashion brands can directly produce Short TV content.
