AWESOME scholarship students receive continuous scholarship support for three years upon selection. Kim Minjun, who was selected as a scholarship student this time, entered middle school this year and was finally chosen through diligence toward his future dreams and a recommendation from the head of the institution.
Kim Taeyoung, chairman of the AWESOME Cultural Arts Education Association, stated, “We will strive to provide scholarship support and cultural arts education to more students in the future,” adding, “We will serve as a bridge for continuous opportunities for a mutually supportive and happy cultural arts festival.”

The AWESOME Cultural Arts Education Association was established in 2021 to provide continuous cultural arts education and support for young artists. Previously, in 2017, the AWESOME informal organization was launched with intellectual disability advocate Bae Beomjun as its representative, and it hosted the 1st Special Symphony Festival. It organizes and operates ensembles composed of cellos and orchestras made up of individuals with severe developmental disabilities, practicing talent donation and sharing.
