Strategic Business Agreement Signed Between IGAWorks and Partner
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Shinhan Bank announced on the 30th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with IGAWorks, the largest big data platform company in Korea. IGAWorks is the only comprehensive data tech Software as a Service (SaaS) company in Korea, developing and providing advanced data analysis technologies and services.
Through this agreement, Shinhan Bank plans to conduct joint research on data analysis and project promotion, build and internalize data-driven marketing infrastructure, discover insights using statistical data such as Mobile Index, and collaborate on data platform construction and utilization discussions.
Additionally, by utilizing IGAWorks' digital customer behavior and preference data of approximately 43 million people, as well as commerce data, Shinhan Bank aims to strengthen customer analysis capabilities to provide hyper-personalized customer experiences linked to finance and develop new business models.
