At the presidential transition committee workshop held at the 'Seoul Startup Hub' conference hall in Mapo-gu, Seoul, President-elect Yoon said in his opening remarks, "We must properly take over the current government's work and set the national tasks that need to be prioritized as we launch the government."
He stated, "Regarding the mistakes made by the current government, we need to carefully assess why such issues occurred, and among the work done by the current government, we must carefully select what should be continued and inherited for the benefit of the people and carry it forward to the next administration."
He added, "When receiving work reports from government officials, please create an atmosphere where government officials can confidently express their opinions on an equal footing."
President-elect Yoon also said, "There are two meanings to holding this workshop," emphasizing, "The most important thing is the economy, and the next government has the responsibility to further advance and sophisticate our industrial structure."
