The Korea Legislative Awards, organized by the KPA Korea Public Autonomy Research Institute, comprehensively evaluated the legislative achievements of local councils through expert reviews, satisfaction surveys, and interview assessments.
Chairman Kim said, "If there is a Best Resident Award, I believe it would naturally go to the residents of Seo-gu, Gwangju," and added, "I consider the Best Chairman Award as received on behalf of the residents, and I promise to continue my legislative activities with a more humble attitude."
