The Yangju Police Station in Gyeonggi announced on the 24th that Mr. A (30) was booked without detention on charges including violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.
Mr. A is suspected of hiding in a cram school restroom in Yangju City around 8 p.m. on the 23rd and secretly filming the body parts of four female high school students.
The police responded to a report and secured videos and photos of the victims from the 'Recently Deleted Items' folder on Mr. A's smartphone at the scene.
