Lotte Construction, 2nd Technology Innovation Contest... Total Prize Money 94 Million KRW
Lotte Construction announced on the 22nd that it will hold the "2nd Lotte Construction Technology Innovation Contest" to discover companies with excellent technological competitiveness and promote win-win cooperation. This year, the prize money and benefits for the winning technologies have been significantly expanded compared to the first contest.
Through the first Technology Innovation Contest held in May last year, Lotte Construction established a platform to discover excellent technologies. Out of a total of 190 submitted technologies, five outstanding technologies were selected and supported for technology development and field application. An MOU was signed with Eva Co., Ltd., the grand prize winner, for a pilot complex project on smart electric vehicle charging technology. Through this, the integrated management platform for electric vehicle charging in apartment complexes and technology commercialization are also being promoted.
The application period for the 2nd Technology Innovation Contest is from March 28 to April 30. Any domestic company interested in technological innovation can submit related documents such as technology introduction sheets through the Lotte Construction Win-Win Growth website.
The fields for this contest are ▲Eco-friendly/Renewable Energy ▲Quality/Safety Improvement ▲Cost Reduction ▲DT (Digital Transformation)/OSC (Off-Site Construction).
Fifteen technologies will be selected through document evaluation in May, followed by presentation evaluation in June, with the final ranking announced at the end of June. In particular, recruitment in the eco-friendly/renewable energy and DT/OSC fields has been strengthened in this contest.

Prizes totaling 94 million KRW will be awarded to the 15 technologies that pass the document evaluation, ranging from the grand prize (20 million KRW) to encouragement awards (3 million KRW). Selected excellent companies (from grand prize to bronze prize) will receive benefits such as additional points in regular evaluations, partner company registration, and access to the company's test-bed (testing site).
