Former Three-Term Hampyeong County Governor Lee Seok-hyung Declares Candidacy for Hampyeong County Governor
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Former Jeonnam Hampyeong County Governor Lee Seok-hyung has declared his candidacy for the Hampyeong County Governor election to be held on June 1.
Former Governor Lee Seok-hyung stated in a text message sent to reporters on the 21st, "With a desperate heart for the future of Hampyeong, I will start again with you all," and added, "I will make Hampyeong overflow with people again through work and results."
He continued, "There are unfinished tasks and things that need to be done," and added, "I will pour out my passion."
Former Governor Lee Seok-hyung is scheduled to hold a press conference for his candidacy at the Hampyeong Butterfly Expo Square on the 22nd.
He served as county governor for three terms starting from 1998.
