North Korea Fires Four Multiple Launch Rocket System Rockets into the West Sea
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] It has been confirmed that the North Korean military fired multiple rocket launchers into the West Sea on the morning of the 20th, prompting the military authorities to strengthen their readiness posture.
A military official stated, "There was firing presumed to be from North Korean multiple rocket launchers this morning," adding, "Our military has been closely tracking and monitoring related movements while maintaining a state of readiness."
The North Korean military reportedly fired four multiple rocket launcher rounds into the West Sea from an undisclosed location in South Pyongan Province around 7:20 a.m., over the course of about one hour.
