Since March last year, AboutPet has been working with the courier company exclusively managed by GS Retail to improve delivery punctuality. Through this, the next-day delivery rate of parcels across the country, except for some island and mountainous areas, has significantly improved.
AboutPet is currently building a system to deliver orders placed by 8 PM on the same day by midnight within the first half of this year. The existing same-day delivery cutoff time of 11 AM will be extended significantly to 8 PM.
