"Not Fried, Baked" Daesang Launches 'Pinkfong Agisang-eo Cheese Ball'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Daesang's online specialty brand 'JibeuroON' announced on the 2nd that it will launch 'Pinkfong Baby Shark Cheese Balls.'
Pinkfong Baby Shark Cheese Balls are characterized by a baked, not fried, light taste and soft texture. They contain four types of cheese?mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, and Danish?allowing for a diverse flavor experience. Additionally, their bite-sized shape makes them convenient for children to eat, and the preparation method is simple. Using an air fryer results in a crispy texture, while a microwave yields a softer taste. The product contains golden chlorella developed directly by Daesang.
Golden chlorella, which does not contain chlorophyll and has a golden color, is known to have immune-boosting effects in the body due to beta-glucan and growth-promoting CGF found only in chlorella. These components are present in about twice the amount compared to conventional green chlorella.
