Ostem Implant Submits Improvement Plan to the Exchange
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] The Korea Exchange announced that Osstem Implant, which was designated as a subject for a substantial review of listing eligibility, submitted an improvement plan on the 28th.
The Exchange stated, "Within 20 business days (by March 30), the Listing Committee will review and decide whether to maintain the listing or grant an improvement period."
The Exchange had previously designated Osstem Implant as a subject for a substantial review of listing eligibility on the 17th.

Osstem Implant was suspended from trading after it disclosed on the 3rd of last month that it had filed a complaint against an employee in charge of fund management, Mr. Lee, on charges of embezzlement in the course of duty, which triggered the substantial review of listing eligibility.
