[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] More than 3,000 protesters opposing Russian President Vladimir Putin's military attack on Ukraine have been arrested over the past three days, according to a local independent monitoring organization on the 26th (local time).
According to AFP, the Russian NGO OVD-Info, which monitors political prisoner arrests, tweeted on the day, "At least 3,052 people have been arrested in the past three days," adding, "467 people were arrested in 34 cities today alone."
