930 Million KRW Scholarship Awarded to 35 University Students Leading the Livestock Sector
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Cargill Agri Purina Cultural Foundation announced on the 23rd that it held a non-face-to-face scholarship award ceremony on the 22nd and awarded a total of 93 million KRW in scholarships to 35 scholarship students.
The Cargill Agri Purina Cultural Foundation has been awarding scholarships annually since 1993 to students with excellent academic performance who will lead the livestock sector in the future. This year, scholarships were awarded to 17 high school students, 14 university students, and 4 master's and doctoral students.
Park Yongsoon, chairman of the Cargill Agri Purina Cultural Foundation, said, "Continuous nurturing and support of talented individuals will be a great force for the future development of the livestock industry," and added, "I hope students grow into outstanding talents who care for their local communities and society while pursuing their studies."
