The Shareholders' Union claimed that around 2 p.m., when the Exchange's Corporate Evaluation Committee meeting was held last month, institutional investors massively sold shares of M2N, the largest shareholder of SillaJen, causing the stock price to plummet, and argued that this was the result of the delisting review materials and meeting contents being leaked before being made public.
