Gwangju Chamber of Commerce, Practical Training on 4 Major Social Insurance Management for Payroll Officers
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold practical training on the management of the four major social insurances for payroll officers on the 10th.
This training is designed to enhance the ability of payroll officers at local small and medium-sized enterprises to handle tasks related to the four major social insurances.
The training course will cover approximately 7 hours focusing on key theories and practical cases of the four major social insurance tasks, including ▲Annual overview and monthly task summary of four major social insurance management ▲Application of insurance relationships (workplace insurance application standards, employment/industrial accident/national/health insurance rates, etc.) ▲Insured qualification management (acquisition/loss) ▲Insurance premium calculation ▲Insurance processing methods during employee leave ▲Management of daily and part-time workers.
The instructor is labor attorney Park In-ah, who is active as a mediator at the Seoul Western District Court. Participants will be provided with training materials, certificates of completion, and free parking on the day of the training.

The Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been conducting training sessions and briefings annually by inviting experts in various fields such as tax/accounting and human resources/labor to improve the job skills of employees at local small and medium-sized enterprises. Last year, a total of 40 sessions were held with about 1,300 participants completing the courses.
