Space Designer Im Seongbin Booked on Drunk Driving Charges
Drunk Driving at License Suspension Level
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Space designer Im Seongbin (39) was caught by the police while driving a passenger car in a drunken state.
On the 3rd, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul booked Im on the 2nd for drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.
According to the police, Im was driving a Mercedes-Benz passenger car on an 8-lane road in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, at around 11:10 PM the previous day when his car was hit on the side by a motorcycle in an accident.
There were no passengers in Im's vehicle, and it was confirmed that no one else was injured in the accident.
The police who arrived at the scene conducted a breathalyzer test on Im and the motorcycle driver, and it was reported that Im's blood alcohol concentration was at a level warranting license suspension.

A police official stated, "Im was summoned for investigation," and added, "We plan to suspend his license later."
