According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters and the Regional Integrated Accident Response Headquarters on the 27th, the two buried victims found in the concrete debris on the 28th floor in the morning and on the 27th floor on the afternoon of the 25th, respectively, were workers performing window installation, plastering, and fire protection equipment work on the upper floors at the time of the collapse.
