On the 25th, the YouTube channel 'Helchang TV' revealed footage of Candidate Yoon at the gym. When the channel operator Sean asked, "I’m curious if you usually enjoy exercising or working out," Yoon replied, "I often walk when I have time. I walk a lot on flat or hilly terrain rather than very high mountains, and there is a small health club below my house where I use the treadmill and ride a bike."
Sean then suggested, "I saw earlier that you seem to have very strong lower body strength. Let's focus on lower body exercises today," and Yoon sat on the machine to try the leg press, lifting weights with his legs.
At first, Yoon performed the exercise without any weight, then gradually increased the load to 40kg and 100kg, maintaining a stable posture throughout. During the experience, he even told Sean, who was supporting the weight, "You can let go of your arms," showing confidence.
Next, Yoon tried the bench press, an upper body exercise where you lie down and lift weights with your arms. His face turned somewhat red and he appeared to struggle, but he completed the exercise without injury.

However, in another video released on the 18th, the same day the footage was filmed, Yoon was seen doing weighted squats with a barbell on his shoulders, struggling and saying, "When shaking hands, people pull me, so my shoulder... Is there nothing done with the feet instead of the arms?"
After the experience, Yoon held a meeting with indoor sports facility workers and listened to their complaints about the significant damage caused by government COVID-19 quarantine measures that required limiting business hours.

Regarding the business hour restrictions, he emphasized, "To propose such measures, reasonable grounds must be presented, but there are none," and added, "Above all, business hour restrictions should be approached with the policy of considering indoor air purification facilities as national infrastructure, prioritizing them, and boldly lifting restrictions."
