View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The Changwon City Council in Gyeongnam concluded the schedule of the 108th extraordinary session over two days on the 25th with the 2nd plenary session.
Before handling the agenda of the 2nd plenary session that day, council members pointed out issues of local concerns during a 5-minute free speech and called for the executive branch's attention.
Specifically, Councilor Baek Seung-gyu spoke on "Welcoming the promotion of the district unit plan change for detached houses in Uichang and Seongsan Districts, a long-standing wish of residents," and Councilor Shim Young-seok spoke on "Welcoming the 22nd Changwon City upgrade strategy and demanding the expansion of the Changwon City urban railway line to Jinhae New Port."
Following them, Councilor Koo Jeom-deuk spoke on "We must invest in the future of youth and young adults," and Councilor Jeon Hong-pyo spoke on "For Changwon City, the hometown of Ssireum," with a total of four council members discussing local issues.
Afterwards, a total of nine agenda items, including the "Changwon City Building Management Ordinance," were processed.
