The Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, and the Chungcheong region will gradually clear up from the afternoon. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from -7°C to 7°C. Afternoon high temperatures are expected to be between 4°C and 13°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, Jeonbuk, and Daegu, while other regions will see 'moderate' levels. Strong winds and high waves are expected in the southern offshore waters of Jeju Island, so vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
