'Faster Than Anyone, Different From Others' Ferrari 296 GTB Unveiled
On the 20th, Ferrari held a domestic launch event for the 296 GTB, a rear-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid (PHEV) sports car equipped with a 6-cylinder engine for the first time in the history of the brand's road cars, at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul. The 296 GTB is the third PHEV vehicle following the SF90 Stradale released in 2019 and the convertible model SF90 Spider introduced in 2020. It features a powerful combination of an electric motor (167 horsepower) and a V6 turbo engine (663 horsepower), delivering a total of 830 horsepower, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reaching 200 km/h in just 7.3 seconds.
