On the 18th, Hanwha Life Insurance held a declaration and pledge ceremony for the Financial Consumer Protection Charter at the 63 Building in Yeouido, announcing that this year will be the inaugural year for the establishment of the 'Financial Consumer Protection Act.'
The declaration ceremony was attended by Ye Seung-joo, CEO of Hanwha Life Insurance; Koo Do-gyo, CEO of Hanwha Life Financial Services; and Ko Byung-gu, CEO of Hanwha Life Lab, along with male and female representative employees. Consumer protection staff from the three companies participated online in real time.
The Financial Consumer Protection Charter includes a code of conduct covering the provision of optimal products and services, complete sales, customer service, prevention of customer complaints, management of customer information, and protection of customer assets.
Additionally, an online pledge campaign will be conducted for executives, employees, and exclusive corporate agency (GA) planners until the 28th. A year-round campaign will also be carried out to continuously strengthen the financial consumer protection mindset and spread a consumer-centric management culture.
