820 Audiobooks Selected by Korea Publication Culture Industry Promotion Agency Released
The Korea Publication Culture Industry Promotion Agency (Director Kim Jun-hee) is gathering 820 audiobooks produced with support from the audiobook production grant between 2019 and 2021 in one place for an online exhibition.
The Promotion Agency has been operating the 'Audiobook Production Support Project' since 2019 to expand high-quality audiobook content, increase audiobook demand, and revitalize the audiobook market. As a result, over the past three years, a total of 820 titles (including one epic novel) were selected through public contests and received production cost support for audiobooks.
The 820 selected works cover various fields such as literature, children & youth, history, and philosophy. The full list and bibliographic information of the selected works can be found in the 'Selected Works List' and 'Resources' menus on 'All That Audiobook,' the audiobook production and distribution platform operated by the Promotion Agency. Among these, 73% offer sample audio clips, and direct links to purchase locations are also available.
